Kayla Marie Sharland (born 30 October 1985 in Palmerston North, New Zealand) is a field hockey striker. Sharland was a member of the New Zealand women's national field hockey team during its participation at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece, where it finished sixth.
